Appetising roast potatoes

Roasted potatoes with the most flavourful seasoning and baked in the oven until golden and crispy . It’s such an easy weeknight meal!

1.5 kg potatoes

All purpose seasoning

Garlic puree

Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable oil

METHOD:

  1. Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.
  2. Wash and roughly peel the 1.5kg potatoes so that the most of the skin remains on the potatoes and cut each into tiny pieces.
  3. Add salt, all purpose seasoning, garlic puree and oil and pepper to the potatoes.
  4. Roast the potatoes for 45 mins, turn them over every 15 minutes.
  5. Serve straight away.
