Roasted potatoes with the most flavourful seasoning and baked in the oven until golden and crispy . It’s such an easy weeknight meal!
1.5 kg potatoes
All purpose seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.
- Wash and roughly peel the 1.5kg potatoes so that the most of the skin remains on the potatoes and cut each into tiny pieces.
- Add salt, all purpose seasoning, garlic puree and oil and pepper to the potatoes.
- Roast the potatoes for 45 mins, turn them over every 15 minutes.
- Serve straight away.
