Crunchy baked oats with raspberries and walnuts is so tasty and easy to make. It’s sweetened with honey and flavoured with vanilla, butter, and white chocolate chunks. Simple, healthy, this granola is loaded with wholesome morning flavours and energy!
150 g porridge oats
4 tbsp. honey
50g white chocolate chunks
100g unsalted softened butter
100g roughly chopped walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4 (160C fan).
- Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, except raspberries and rub in the butter until it is evenly distributed and the mixture has formed small clumps. Gently add the raspberries into the mixture. Spread evenly over a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden-brown and crisp.
- Serve with plain yogurt or cream.
