Fresh homemade raspberries coulis

Homemade coulis is so delicious and easy to make. There is no doubt homemade anything is better than shop bought, including this raspberries coulis. This fresh sauce comes together in less than 10 minutes.

300 g raspberries

½ small lemon, juiced

2 tbsp icing sugar

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients in a small cooking pan and set over a medium heat until the raspberries and sugar have become saucy.
  2. Strain through the sieve if you want to and chill until ready to serve. Will keep refrigerated in an airtight jar for up to two days.
